Our Suppliers

At Mr Zito, we pride ourselves on sourcing the finest ingredients. We work exclusively with Fair Trade producers who share our commitment to sustainability and quality. Our brioche comes from Speciality Breads, an artisan bakery in Margate, Kent. They are Red Tractor accredited, ensuring top-notch products made from a blend of wild-farmed flour.

Moreover, Jersey Park Farm supplies our milk, and we always opt for the finest free-range eggs. We also use premium Madagascar vanilla paste from Natural Vanilla. This approach supports our suppliers and guarantees the origin of our ingredients. Our dedication to sustainability, responsibility, and accountability shines through every bite.
